1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
“Contact and joining” form (and the “Ask about this team” link on team pages). The form is meant for parents or holders of parental responsibility. We collect:
- about the parent: full name, phone number, email;
- about the child: first name and year of birth;
- the stated interest (football school, youth teams, other) and any message;
- the statement that you have read this notice, with date and time;
- technical security data: a code derived from the IP address and the website language, used only to block automated submissions.
We do not ask for health data: please do not include it in your message.
Browsing. The server records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested) for security and operation, kept for [N days, depending on hosting settings].
Emails to the club office. If you write to us directly, we use the data in your email only to reply.
3. Why, and on what legal basis

If the request turns into a registration, the data move to the player registration process, covered by a separate notice provided by the club office.
4. Who receives the data
The data are seen only by the club office and authorised club officials. They are processed on our behalf, as data processors, by: Aruba S.p.A. (website hosting and email) (to be confirmed), [SMTP provider, if different], [reversecomunica, if it has maintenance access]. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties. [Data remain within the European Union: to be confirmed depending on providers.]
5. Photos and videos
We publish pictures of minors only with the written consent of the holder of parental responsibility. To ask for a photo to be removed, write to segreteria@fcbluedevils.it: we will remove it as soon as we receive the request.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw any consent given (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to segreteria@fcbluedevils.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
