Frequently asked questions
The questions parents ask us most often. Can't find yours? Call us on +39 331 887 5772.
Ages and age groups
At what age can my child start playing football?
In FIGC football children start with Piccoli Amici, from their 5th birthday. Then come Primi Calci, Pulcini and Esordienti, up to age 12; after that the Under age groups begin.
In 2026/27 we have every age group, from Piccoli Amici to Under 17.
Which age group will my child play in for 2026/27?
It depends on the year of birth: for example, children born in 2016 and 2017 are Pulcini, and those born in 2012 and 2013 play in the Under 15s. You will find the full table on the Football school page and in our article on age groups (source: FIGC, Official Notice no. 1 2026/27).
Can my child start at 4?
Children start with Piccoli Amici, from their 5th birthday. Send us the year of birth and we will tell you when your child can join a team.
Can girls play?
Yes. We do not have girls' teams, but girls play with us in our teams.
My child has never played: is that a problem?
No. The football school starts with play and coordination; coaches group children by age and level.
Medical certificate
Is a medical certificate required?
Before age 6 it is not compulsory and we do not ask for it. From age 6 a non-competitive certificate is needed: the paediatrician, the family doctor or a sports doctor issues it, with an ECG, and it is valid for up to one year.

From what age is a competitive medical certificate required?
For football, from age 12, according to the Ministry of Health table updated on 31 July 2026 (FMSI). Only a sports medicine specialist can issue it, after an examination with spirometry, urine test and resting and exercise ECG. It is valid for one year. We organise the examinations at the club at the start of the season; players who enrol later have it done privately at a sports medicine centre.
Joining and fees
How much does the football school cost?
We do not publish fees online. The annual fee covers enrolment, FIGC registration and insurance; the club kit is paid separately. Our office will give you all the details over the phone, with no obligation.
What do I need to join?
To ask for information, just use the form on this website. To enrol you need the medical certificate, the "certificato plurimo" (Italian civil registry certificate) and an ID document for the player and the parents; our office prepares the FIGC registration with you.
When can my child join?
Enrolment is open from 1 to 30 September. Outside this period, please ask our office.
Can my child try a session?
Yes: before enrolling, your child can try 2 or 3 training sessions for free.
Training and matches
Where do you train?
At the Euronics Tufano Training Center (formerly Centro Sportivo Kennedy), Via Camillo Guerra 60, Naples. There is supervised parking inside the facility.
How many times a week do teams train?
Two or three times a week, depending on the age group: days and times are on each team's page. Times may change during the season.
What should my child bring to the first session?
Football boots or futsal shoes, shin pads, a water bottle and a change of clothes.
The club kit is bought separately: rain jacket, jacket, training tracksuit, winter and summer leisure tracksuits, two match kits, two pairs of socks and a bag.
How do I know when my child's team is playing?
On the Fixtures and results page: choose the team and add the matches to your phone calendar.
Photos and privacy
Do you publish photos of the children?
Only with parental consent. If you would like a photo removed, write to segreteria@fcbluedevils.it: we remove it as soon as we receive the request.
Website and sponsors
Are the “Make your shirt” shirts the official kit?
No: they are drawings made for the website with the club crest, to play with colours, name and number. The image is created on your phone or computer: the website does not store the name you type.
How can I see the crest in augmented reality?
On the Home page (“Try it” section) or on the club page, tap “See the crest in 3D”. On Android and iPhone phones and tablets that support it, “Put it on your table” appears; on other devices you can spin the crest in 3D with a finger or the mouse.
How can a company become a sponsor?
Write to the club office from the Sponsors page or call 331 887 5772: we will send you our visibility options. They are the banner at the ground, the logo on the kits, on the website and on social media.
